Our experience began with a phone call from out of state quite awhile ago. Diana Traylor answered the phone and was so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. We were getting ready to retire, but hadn’t. We wanted to relocate to Tennessee from way out west, but hadn’t sold or even listed our house for sale. Setting up a format for us to view homes available and some trips back and forth, and we found our dream Tennessee home! I should also mention that Diana is a class act and would drive anywhere we wanted to go to view a potential property. And some of those places still make me smile in disbelief and appreciation. Saying how helpful Diana has been is an understatement. Her ability to sometimes “dummy things down” for us and get at the heart of things is a gift not everyone has, but she has it!
